Yep that's the kit I got from Turbo Technics via Allisport (got a nice deal at Peterborough show). Getting new bull horns was a Very good idea.

I had the same with my old oil drain pipe. The new kit came with a spout to bolt to the block and the turbo has a spout to bolt to as well. You then jubilee a silicone pipe between the two. A lot better but a bitch to get the jubilee clips done up - should have fitted the pipe to the turbo first...

UPDATE: Turbo is on! Couldn't get the drill lined up for the helicoil without fist removing the heater matrix though - that cost me half the day putting it back together again. Tomorrow I get to bleed the coolant.... Helicoil went in easily enough considering I was ****ting myself it was going...

UPDATE: Fitted the turbo in place. (Exhaust manifold bull horns knocked in easily enough while on the bench, just needed a little rub with scotchbrite to remove some surface rust.) Pulled the bottom right stud out of the head while torquing up..... Bollocks. Removed the turbo again. So now a...

my doors have never fitted since replacing them. I resorted to filing the striker bolt holes to move it around a bit more so the door locked.

WIPAC! If you're talking headlights as whole units don't bother with unbranded stuff as it's unlikely to have a good beam pattern. Failed my last MOT on that. Paying for quality does pay off.

Between the body of the EGR valve and the exhaust manifold it may look like there's an additional spacer. I can't tell from the photo angles.

I'm going to go with vacuum line that should connect to a black plastic manifold thingy on the bulkhead. If your EGR valve is bust/blanked then it doesn't matter that end but you probably want to cap the other end on the bulkhead. Others will point out it's usually say hi first then go to right...

can you get hold of another TD5 and a loom extension to rule out any other unknown issues?
