I painted mine using Rust-Oleum CombiColor, worked pretty well. It's cheap and can be applied with roller or brush.
It's fairly popular with lots of guides/videos using it on campervans, minis , etc ..
Brake and clutch pipe clips.

Rubber grommets for wires leading to door for interior light switch.

Seam sealer or alternative as you will need to remove any existing sealer before galvanized.

Also, after fitting the seal don't start the engine for around 12 hrs. This allows the seal time to get back into shape after being stretched on the install tool.
(I left mine for 24hrs as really didn't want to take it apart again).
Also check the springs in the rear drums are correctly fitted. On mine the top spring was incorrectly attached to both shoes, when it should attached to front shoe and to the back plate.
Have a look at the brake diagrams on lr workshop site. This should show you if you have the pipes correctly connected.

Also, after fitting rear crank seal you need to let it settle for a good few hours (maybe 12) before you start the engine. This is because when the seal is fitted it is stretched over the fitting guide and it needs time to return to its normal size.
I've just fitted some rx8 seats into my hard top. I'm quite tall (6,3) and found that with the bulkhead the seats were too upright. (much like the original seats). So I fitted the mud bulkhead removal bar and that's sorted that issue.

I think most new cars are on a lease/finance deal, after 3 years of ownership hand back and get another car on another deal.
I don't know many people that can afford to purchase new cars outright nowadays, they're so expensive.
