Thanks Peter I had another look last night and think the fuel pipe is slightly distorted ...I will follow your instructions to the letter .... a couple of other points ....in this area there is an additional pipe similar to the fuel pipe but black head not green any ideas? Regards John

Hi all , does anybody have a photo and part number of the bracket that holds coil packs in place , I have the brackets that hold the 2 packs together ,it's the one that bolts to engine...... Many thanks John

Hi All on my 4.0 thor inlet manifold there are 2 attached solid coolant pipes one thick bolted on (3 bolts) and a thinner one a push fit with small flange with 6mm bolt .......can any body assist with part number of the thinner of the 2 please. Cheers. John

Hi I have a 1999 TD5 auto .My problem is the M & S ligts are flashing,I removed the ECU to have it remapped , replaced it and now my M & S lights flash.The car starts ok and revs cleanly.Other than M&S lights flashing when you put the box into D the D flashed and when you try reverse , it clunks...

I have a 1997 v8 auto which has been exceptionally reliable until the last view weeks. The car starts from cold without fail and as I said runs very well however occasionally when you switch the ignition off and try to restart it all you get is a clicking which appears to come from glove box...

Hello I am new to the Forum and was hoping for some assistance. Have a 1997 discovery1 V8 auto, a re-import from japan with 52,000 miles .My problem is the steering can wander a bit,on previous advice I have repalce all steering track rods , replaced the bushes ,new shock absorbers all round...
