Thats what i was thinking mate I have spoken to alot of people which have 2.5 n/a in series and 90 they all say i should get more lots more !!! I pulls really nice in 1st 2nd 3rd , then into 4 and it dies its like the engine just doesnt have any power left !!! Could it be injectors or...

what would be better then I got told r/r diffs would match the engine better and give me a better top end series diffs ???

I put range rover diffs in as everyone told me by running a 2.5 N/a these diffs would give me a better top end speed . Would i be better off putting series diffs back in ??? Cheers chris

Hi All Any ideas on this , I have a series 3 with a 2.5 N/A diesel engine in it (with standard series gear box and r/rover diffs) Everything seams to be running ok very little smoke etc but it is painfully slow . I know they are not super quick motors but it struggles to get above 40 mph...

Hi All I have been offered a overdrive at a good price but have a couple of questions before i buy . Do thay make much difference ? Does it only give you a overdrive in 4 gear or is it ALL gears ? Are they easy to fit and mantain ? Are there any bad points ? many thanks chris

When you say flush the system are we talking run a hose through the engine for say 10 mins or is there cleaners that can be used ??

Hi all I fitted my fairey free wheeling hubs tonight . I just wondered how can i test them to make sure they are engaging and dis-engaging ?? I jacked the front end up tonight and rotated the wheels and tried the hubs on lock and unlock and i could tell any difference :confused: How...

At the risk of sounding total thick is the a driver side / passenger side or are they univrsal ??

So you just remove the castle nut on the end of the shaft remove the 6 bolts on the drive member refit the castle nut then the fwh ?? is that right ?? Are fairey ones good ??
