i got one last month from paddocks, the shroud from the old rad needed fettling [too wide] then the rad sat higher that old one ,and the fan was clipping bottom of shroud,tried bending lip in with adjustable but no room ,so i bent the fan blade tips in 2mm then the bottom hose spigot was at...

general grabber at2s,got them last week off ebay ,after a week i decided i like the standard look the scratch in the close up is cosmetic,no depth to it really,no air leaks collection from deal kent CT14 ,cheers steve £220 ono

ive got the same carb , i said volume screw ,but meant mixture

hiya mate ,i fitted the weber to mine over a year ago, have u set up as per intructions, cos my volume screw is all but wound in tight, just backed off a touch to fine tune i had similar probs, bad earth thru the body panels, fitted a second lead from battery to thermo housing try another coil...

is it petrol? has it had a service recently mate ,and welcome

cheers tony ,ive already drilled the bottom, probably gonna use more ali, formed to go underneath a bit too,this stuff has a brown film u can peel off

i restored an mgb a few years back ,they did em for them ,fitted well too

heres mine , done today, only wanted to wire brush my solid chassis and paint ,but as usual it snowballed, splash guard was knackered,had fun with rusty bolts used old one as template and made it from ali sheet ,bolted/riveted,nice eh!!! thats one corner......

sorted my hot start probs ect,with electric fuel pump and regulator,not before time either.............

looks good mate, ive got the week off work to do the same , gonna get the surface rust off my solid chassis ,jenolite,then black paint,got some sheets of thin ali im gonna rivet on your wheels look good too bud

hiya mate ,no not MOT stuff,i used a plumbers fibre washer, and well done ,in time for summer

fitted a charger socket in mine for the all importent blower, just fitted a later extended handbrake which aint catching properly.................overhead storage too

they cant be much new can they?
