I get an audible click from the relay when it's turned over. But nothing.after. I have tested the lines. Everything works properly. When I removed the steering column I didn't remove them from their original location. So should be good on that.

Looks good from the pics. I sprayed mine also and my mate was astounded at the quality. I was I over here like this is a shot job. Turned my garage into A paint booth not sure how legal that is.
