Need some advice. When I turn the ignition key to the start position I get this photo below. Please help..

have you got auxilliary (pos1)and ignition wire (pos2)mixed up on ignition switch

Isn't that normal?
Oil and battery light will go out when the engine is started.
Brake warning. Is the fluid low?
And glow plug light should go out on the timer.

I get an audible click from the relay when it's turned over. But nothing.after.
I have tested the lines. Everything works properly. When I removed the steering column I didn't remove them from their original location. So should be good on that.
