When my alternator went, I had a giveaway squeaky sound from under the bonnet. Thought at one point there was a mouse living under there until the Transfail prog message came up! :bounce:

Flip knows what I was pulling out last night then!!!! I've got a google image that points to the fuse board on behind the offside rear panel and it said check the big relay top left, fuse bottom left and a white connector above the relay. Just found something else about a little gadget...

It was bound to happen, it was my fault for creating a thread entitled "I think my luck is finally changing". Enjoying the euphoria of finding the rear quarter leak and hopefully fixing it, searching endless adverts for changing my wheels, I finally felt like I was the one in control of this...
