    Not at all, maybe a tad when its cold with no wind and you're chilling behind it while running, but its very very worth it, I started with egr, then remap (dynachip), and then decat, kinda wish I swapped the order of the map and decat, it'll get better and better then the remap will completely...

    No reason to have effect on emissions since its only a silencer on there, I believe if you're gonna replace something, improve it while you're there! I want a straight through on mine, have a decat atm so holding back on the spending and making lots of noise :P

    Weight of the transfer could be weighing down the back end of the box, angling it very slightly funny and latching maybe, make sure its all dead straight and give it some encouragement long as everything's disconnected :)

    Gearbox and clutch etc. would be good if while its out you have access to it, heavy duty/high quality parts could mean you'll never have to worry about doing those high labour jobs again while you have access :)

    Blimey me, you're the engineer and I'm just some muppet ;) that's a lot of numbers and fancy words, moral of the story is, be careful what you do with your nanocom and SLS heights :P Would be worth keeping those numbers for future ref
