    90 project

No idea on the sender, but the paint job looks great - yellow touches are smart. More a traditionalist myself but can't argue with how good it looks!

Why is it hard to buy the rear door you want

Yea it's got to be better for the door in the end. Having said that, I'm pretty sure SP do the glazing themselves on those doors - could you ask them if they could glaze one of the doors with the pre-drilled holes in it? Probably wouldn't cost much... Worth a call I'd have thought anyway!

    Fuel Pressure Regulator

And don't lose the strainer - costs a fortune! Only bit that's even slightly fiddly is holding the gasket on while putting the bolts back in but if you do the top two in just a few turns by hand, you can kind of hold it in place while you're doing that - then the rest (and the bottom bolt) is...

So now I have the whole set

Bloody hell, don't fancy that much. [goes out to check the bonnet catches]

    My ex MOD 90

Must be the nicest ex-MOD I've ever seen (save the recon'd ones for shows that is!) Straight and tidy. Have always fancied a Snatch V8 but 1) most are slightly the worse for wear or hideously expensive now, and 2) I'd never be able to leave the armoured cockpit again as the wife would shoot me...

1965 Series 2a Station Wagon in Holland

Nice - dead jealous of the workshop, great save on the ply - it's eyewateringly expensive here too.

    Bankz's 110 Double Cab

Nice - do you find it's fairly easy to get an even coat with the Raptor? Not the same stuff but have seen some real mess made with various 'liner' products.

6-Wheel Drive Discovery II - Am I totally mad ?

Agreed, total lunacy, but fantastic! Good luck with the rest of it!

    Lynx Diagnostic Tool A*

Yea I got one as well, seems pretty good - one thing I haven't figured out is how to play back the recorded data without plugging it back into the vehicle - doesn't seem to be possible.

For Sale Defender 90 roof lining retrimmed will px standard trim

That sounds pretty reasonable! What sort of exchange price would a front section be?

    Light Connector Block Seal

Al - on the basis that you're talking about the Econoseal type products, are you referring to the pin plugs? You can get those on ebay if so: link Ebay's your friend either way, the connectors themselves aren't particularly expensive - £3 ish. Just type 'econoseal' into ebay and tons come up.

1965 Series 2a Station Wagon in Holland

Clearly a labour of love, just keep wishing i had some unit space to do the same! Looks like it's coming along nicely. Showing my ignorance I'd never seen anything to do with wirelocking before. And some good info on the products from both of you which I'm going to put to good use when I get a...

Me Tratter just found it bastid gone.....

Nice to see one coming home again - speaking of SkyTag, I've just ordered a free unit (you still have to pay whichever subscription you want) from getting my truck insured through Heritage, which seems a pretty damn good deal, esp since the cover was over £100 cheaper than anyone else I could...

    Defender 110 for sale

Is there any way you could work around the knee injury?? Seems a shame to sell such a work of love as it clearly is! I know the clutches are a swine and whatnot, but you can get better clutch servos for example which might fix that problem for you.... Just an idea, wish I had this kind of dosh...
