    I have a td5 90 i fitted a 2" lift years ago brilliant off rd Years later i fitted anti roll bar standard ones,what a difference it made cornering Like a different vehicle so much safer,not tried off rd since bound to make a difference though less articulation. Hope this helps.

    Cut off with a gronder & replace with riv nuts. If its justhe flap u could drill the rivets out where the flap attatches offer up new flap and attatch either nut & bolt or rivets.

    I would look at that squeak before it gets worse. Pop the belt & fan off spin the the pulleys You will soon hear /see wich one it is. With the fan its anti clock to get it off.

    For me on my td5 90 it was the a frame ball joint above the rear axle,changed & got rid of the clunk.

    Done the same job a few times quite easy,you would be better off going for genuine part,freind of mine fitted the cheaper option only lasted a month,got his money bacl but it took a couple of months

    My locking ring had been on & off a few time's so had took a bit of a battering the new one spun on easy,then a couple of tapson a long flat screwdriver. The beauty of having the hatch is you can run it for a couple of days to make sure there's no diesel slurping out.

    I have fitted a bearmach recently,no issues. Luckily i had a guy cut me an inspection hatch in the floor of the tub, made it so much easier this time,& i had to buy a new locking ring the old one a bit battered.

    Night heater like you have in trucks,instant heat on tap. Not cheap though to buy 12 volt.

    Hi I had same problem fitted an adjustable relay and spun the wiring that wouldnt work on 2 of my indicators 1 fron 1 back opp sides now all working.

    Update New locking ring arrived ,thanks Ian irb. Pipework fitted elec plug back on,tight and in place. Still no reading on the fuelguage,got a 12 volt feed to the guage & 6.7 volts to the sender unit. Found a bodge fix with insulation tape but it got too dark before i could do a proper join,but...

    Hi Brown Ihave screwed it back on it dosent go on as far lining up the tabs but i think it will be far enough,soon find out when the locking ring arrives.
