What's best timing belt kit to install into a 300tdi engine, are the 300tdi defender and disco engines the same also timing belt wise? I see a few Dayco kits but also some britpart stuff?

Drain the diesel first + have a fire extinguisher ready

Fit a discovery airbox

So finished up the rear tub insulation.. just needs a rubber mat over it now.. So then fitted the front exmoor rubber mat, new seatbelts and lifted the chairs into place last night..

Done a bit of rear tub cleaning, priming and painting. Oh and soundproofing.

boltonbits have good deals on calipers kits might be worth speaking to them

take the line off the pump, does it look like enough pressure to be coming out (if you have 2 pumps, compare them)

Also use LRWorkshop if you get stuck for diagrams/part numbers

Got any pictures of it? What engine/spec 90? I just did one last week.. Take the key out, so the latch for the steering lock is out, you can use that for a good fixed position.. then bolt up the bottom half, only fits one way.

Don't buy the drill tool, they're rubbish

(also as a fail safe just check what your alt is charging at also)
