i had simalar on my discovery1 failed mot because of it never had it before i filled up the diffs so i let a bit of oil out to stop leak passed mot then sorted the seals out after

I got a auto darkening one from my local welding supplies for not a lot of money I'm also on a budget,maybe an idea to have a look in your local surplier

Seams a lot just see it as a 4x4 thing as tractor's and such make deeper ruts and would say a bit wider but as rasher says if you got a muck spreader on the back of a tractor then that's ok

No haven't taken the tow hitch off yet but I'm going to, I know I said I don't do heavy mud but I have a friend I go out with but I don't trust him for a steady pull he's a100mph everywhere sort I'm in the process of trying to get slow down and take he's time a bit

I was thinking that two means less stress on the chassis aspecally on a kinetic snatch

I want to take off my tow hitch and put jate rings on for better approach angles,would it be better with two and create a bridle or would one be enough, I don't do heavy mud n stuff this will be a just in get out of jail card Your thoughts please
