Hi all...thankyou all for help...the answer is.....the fuel pump! Read an article about pressure and came to the conclusion that the pressure was rubbish....even though when it was parked up it worked perfectly well...so running a treat, soooo much quieter...Thanks.

It appears i have not suffered enough...td5 won't start after HG failure and rebuild. No worries, ill use the range (L322)...except it was pulling up a gentle gradient to the station and it went bang. no drive, just awful winding grinding noise... worth fixing or sell it

I have had enough experience to know its unlikely that skan would sell me a duff radiator, even at thirty fine english pounds...still the same fault, water disappearing so will assume that its the gasket as its not landing on the floor and the the preesure is still in the system after a good...

Hi all, quick update. managed to get a second hand working radiator from skan 4x4 near me in Much Wenlock for £30, so will fit that tomorrow morning...thanks for your thoughts, allways very useful. Nick.

Hi all, i nkow there various threads but theres nothing like upto date info and advice sooo.... I have an issue with the coolant on my wife to be's X reg 152,000mile TD5...Truck will sit quite happily ticking over, water moving around nicely. Can't seem to get both sides of the radiator to warm...
