Injector pumps should be left as-is - fiddling with them is asking for trouble if you don't know what your doing.... NOTHING on this pump is easily adjustable, or serviceable without a LOT of ****ing about, or trashing settings / impeller blades. If it works....leave it alone. Here you go...

OK, i've got the cab - and it's in great nick considering. However, i'm missing the back mounting bracket / pate. I don't suppose anyone has this item do they ? If need be, i'll make something up, but it'd be nice to do a proper job all throughout the build rather than bodge one element........

I rarely use etch primer TBH. So many better products out there. Use the search function on here and you'll find loads of topics on this subject.

Check the swivel travel stop bolt is adjusted properly on each side - it doesn't take much for a tyre to bind on the spring or hanger if this is out ( or missing). and it's not always an obvious thing to see. especially if your running oversize tyres, or different offset rims...

if yer not seeing movement in the rad, then the thermostat probably isn't open......which would suggest it's rated incorrectly...mounted incorrectly.....or it's been wedged closed by some ****e in the system.... Pull the stat and try it after that temporarily - it'll be cheaper to investigate...

I have done...twice...and despite being listed as "in great condition" they've been utterly f.u.b.a.r.d. Hell, One I went to see had gaping holes where the bolt holes should be, and the roof was twisted.
