readings on a recently passed LPG V8 petrol were as follows: at 2500-3000 RPM CO: 0.10 (limit is 0.20%) HC: 20 (limit is 200 ppm) at idle (up to 1500 rpm) CO: 0.03 (limit is 0.30%) hope this helps.

NO that is not normal. The leak could be coming from your water pump at the front (look for brown water spraying around or on the ground). Or it could be one of the 4 hoses especially the one difficult to get at/see at the back.

Tony, LPG will require an additional service every year or 200 hours driving time. It's normally under £100. Lpg Fuel Cost works out at 25p per mile at 71pper ltr (currently the equivalent to 25 mpg,) which what people get out of a td6 on average. So you get a better engine, drive and power...
