Hi has anyone removed the radius arms and re bushed them . Are they difficult to get rubber bushes in them, mine are plastic by the look of them. thanks

Started the stripdown of the front axle to change back to air springs. So many bodges on work done by "Mechanic" If it wasnt for "tiewraps" the front axle would have probably fallen off. Oil,air and diesel filter change. new oil and a full engine and gearbox wash.Surprising how much crap hangs off the there if its not done regularly, and its easier to see any oil leaks. Found a leak on leak off pipe to no 6 ,so I replaced that.

Still got to remove those spring things and refit air. dont know how big a job that will be

Fitted new shock absorbers front and back. and adjusted the hand brake. Alternator and glow plugs next

Hi, just been under front of new "different" car and I notice 1 side of car ball joints are new, other side old .Doesn`t make sense to me. Does anyone know the no for the press set please, then I can do the other side to match. Thanks

If you spread the load with decent timber and dont jack the thing up, just support it, it should be fine. The worst you can do is apply a small"point load"
