Thanks for this thread! I had a seized PRC4612. I had been looking for a replacement, but no luck. Well there is one on ebay for £400 (!!!) not an option! I had a chat with Island 4x4 and they told me AMR3676 (£70 ish) will work (and fit) with a new electrical connector (stc4637). However...

Unfortunately Britcar has gone bust! Cannot believe it! Island4x4 are good also, but its all by e-mail - they do answer though! And competitive prices.....

Looks like an amazing job! :-) There is a parts company called Britcar. They are not the cheapest, but they do answer the phone and help you when you are not sure of parts / part nos etc. Very helpful and super fast delivery.

Hi all! The drain plug on one of my swivel housings is stuck!! (Its a small square headed plug) So before i ruin it i'm going to try and get a square spanner to go on it. As far as I can see its going to be a 5/16 or something!!! That's what i've measured, but with a tape and my crap eye sight...

Idol with everything off 14.21V idol with lights on 13.4v revs + lights 14v revs with everything off 15v at idol the battery light is on dim with revs the battery light is brighter! Hope that helps? Thanks
