If you just want the switch, then YES... the later (ford) facelifted have a heated front screen option and a switch on the dash is just like that. If you want the switch to do what you're suggesting, then that might take time, patience, creativity, soldering iron and some imagination.

Done BTW - if you are replacing the standard radio with an MP3 unit you will probably need an ISO wiring adaptor harness. Then you don't need to worry about which wire is what - autoleads do one (and I have a diagram for that too).

I'm doing exactly the same. I've got some of the wiring sussed, but need help on the others. Here's what I have already. btw - Did this for installing a parrot bluetooth car kit. SOC-85 (the same one for a Ford Fiesta 2002) adaptor is needed to connect the BT kit in.

Anybody have the wiring or plug pinouts for the 04 spec (ford based) radio? Searched here and gurgle and found lots of pictures of the plugs, but no details as to which wire is what. Basic radio with in built changer - also wheel remote. to poor for satnav. fanx.
