Hi bazfm Sounds like the inner CV to me ass well. Mine did the same and only after checking the driveshafts a 3rd time I noticed the inner CV on the passenger side was stuffed. Good luck and keep us updated. ;) Chris

I took it off about two weeks ago and cleaned out the gunk and it's not stuck anymore, but when my F/L reaches high refs it opens and it smokes everything and everyone behind me and it's a engineering gimmick, as someone else mentioned, so might as well disable it. I'll block of the little pipe...

Had all 4 injectors changed on mine and there was no reset, and the did the calibration between the injectors and diesel pump for free... :D

It sure does ;) It's at the back of the engine bay on the outlet manifold

Did read them (threads) and that's the first reason for blanking it of, but my EGR is stuffed so instead of replacing it i'm just blanking it off ;)

Hi Looks like after almost 3months I got just about everything sorted for now. 1. CV - I found the outer CV for a Nissan x-trail at a reasonable price (R600) and took out the bearing and replaced it on my F/L outer CV, perfect fit and working 100% 2. No power - This is the BIG one that took...

Hi mstaines Just a though, i don't have one fitted but had a look at it. :o I'm sure your spare wheel will fit securely, it seems pretty solid and your spare wheel does go on tight so no problem there. :) Chris
