Injector 4 was the problem. Getting a new set put in on Saturday.

It starts fine but there is 5-10 seconds where it's a bit lumpy.

*UPDATE* Been to the mechanic today. He says that it's an engine knock. He can't pinpoint the cause. He thinks it's either a faulty injector or a faulty HP pump. Is there any way to narrow it down as I replaced 2 injectors last summer and I don't really want to buy something I don't need...

Unsure what brand it was mate. Britpart maybe? The boots were also replaced at the same time as the driveshaft. I'll have a look at the joint. Cheers

Driveshaft was replaced in October. Doesn't do it every time, usually happens more on tighter cornering.

Hey mate just noticed this message. Yes it was the fuel pressure sensor. Replaced it and runs smooth now. Still have to replace the wiring to finish the job.

Mine has the same issue. But much worse. Is the fuel pressure sensor. Hopefully getting it sorted this week.

Cleaned the egr valve out. The EGR clamp jubilee clip seems to have broken. It twists when it is tightened and exhaust fumes leak from the connection. Is it just the jubilee clip that holds the egr to the exhaust gas pipe or is there a washer or something that goes between them? Thanks
