Just had to silicone seal my front sunroof tonight actually after it rather conviently sprang a leak straight into the middle of the drivers seat lastnight god bless its cotton socks:mad:

probs not that cos usually would still have full speed on the fan but worth checking anyway and if it aint i'll already be into the rest of it anyway weekend project:)

Your pics answered both questions the resistor pack that thing that looks like a cigar with wires sticking out hanging down in front of the heater matrix ta very much:D:D

morning all, just wondered if anyone knows where the resistor pack for the heater motor on a 91 200tdi lives? Fans dead:mad: fuse ok, so gonna check the resistor pack next if that ok then the fan itself. If it turns out to be a dead fan how much of a f*ckon is it likely to be to replace it? Ta

Hi ya all, anyone got or know of where I can acquire some templates for cutting required to fit 300 series headlamps to a 200? Trawling through past posts would suggest a member called "yella" having some but it would appear he would be no longer available for comment ie banned lol. Any help...

Must say I agree there and also (and I dont care if I upset any) bloody cyclists!! 125cc motorbikes have to pay £15 per year plus however much insurance to use Britains roads. Bicycles are more of a hazard and pay **** all!!
