Hi Greg, yep just read it and you were spot on. Although to be honest i dont think i would ever use it.. im wondering to keep it or not.. would it be easy to remove? are those kits expensive?

I have noticed that when applying the accelarator i occasionally get a drumming/vibration sound coming from the car. I had this a year ago on a BMW 540. When applying the accelarator i got a drumming sound and the car would vibrate.. spent a fortune on diagnostics saying it was cylinders etc...

btw when i switch the engine off the needles does drop to the bottom.. would this indecate signal fault or could it still be the instrument cluster? LundRover - thanks for the tips

do i have to remove roof lining to get the module out? how many connections are to the unit? simple plug/unplug?
