It's off a 1992 defender 90

Hi All, I have removed my sills as part of my strip down. On the top of the sill the Metal rail inside the rubber is rusted. Is this part riveted to the sill, if so where can I get a new one, I need to replace the rubbers as well.

Just mulling it over at the mo, got plenty of strip down work, and bits to be getting on with. I don't want it to become a Chelsea tractor as I use it to collect wood too and bring the dog back when it's stinking after shooting.
