I had the same, jack up wheels and check that there is no play in the wheel bearings. if they wobble, tighten up or replace. Mine a 110 300tdi csw

I use MER exterior gel, brings them up like new. costs about 5 quid from Halfrauds. It comes in a blue bottle and is a green gel. I use it for the dash, doors, in fact all plastics. very pleased with it.:)
