Hey,

Have changed the brake fluid, serviced the brake calipers, replaced the flexi pipes, disks are ok, new pads all round.

You have to pump the pedal to get the brakes to work, but I'm not losing any fluid so I'm assuming that the master cylinder is ok, can't see any leaks etc.

Any ideas, even tho there's no leaks at the master cylinder, might it still be pumped?!

cheers

if yer master cyl is poked ya wont necessarily lose fluid, but try n bleed furst. then tackle the master.

get someone to pump yer pedal while you check fer bubbles in yer master cyl, before yer try to bleed em otherwise yer might be wasting yer time

The servos crack where the m/c bolts attach.

I don't pump the pedal to bleed the brakes, just unscrew the nipple and let gravity do the rest. Seems to work.

I had the same, jack up wheels and check that there is no play in the wheel bearings. if they wobble, tighten up or replace.

Mine a 110 300tdi csw
