Thanks - this thread sort of helps but everybody seems to be talking about holding the heads with an open spanner - it feels to me as if the internal end of the bolt are hex headed domed screws and it is impossible to get anything to hold them whilst rotating the nut underneath.

Sweet, Thanks Just ordered one from Defender bits as they seemed cheapst/most reliable. Will check ECU earth and may just change Injector loom as a preventative measure as I am getting the feeling it will do no harm to change out the original faulty part. I found a thread on another site that...
