hi all, i been having a few problems with my water level on my range rover 2.5dt. cant find any leaks anywhere, theres no mayo in engine so i dont think its a head gasket (but i dont no if deisels have same symptoms as petrols). only thing i can think of is that the header tank cap is letting...

hi can some one please me how to check the oil level on my gearbox. i have a manual range rover 2.5td P38 i have heard that autos have a dipstip but i dont see this on mine can anyone help?????

just what i was thinking, i dont want to do it if its not going o let me use the fob. also can anyone answer me this as well. does the p38 have self closing windows???? i locked the car the other day withthe key trying to get immobiliser to turn off and all the windows on the car closed...

will the remote fob still work??? or will i have to use key.

hi all, from what i hear from ppl this is a common problem. i sometimes have problems with my key fob. does not always lock or unlock car. if the fob dont work then i use the key to unlock car, then when i try to turn engine in comes up with engine immobilised. i get it going everytime, never...

hi all. anyone tha has seen another one of my posts would no that i have a possible leak in one of my cooler pipes on my ranger rover P38. i will sort tha problem out another day, but what i want to know now is is there anyway of checking gearbox oil levels or is i just best to change oil...

cheers for that last pos, i did say to him i didnt think that was to do with the suspension, didnt no about the cooler pipes tho. that could explain why im loosing oil very slowly.

ok well i have top oil and water up and i just gotta wait and see. but i have been noticing lately that there is lil spots of oil on floor. front passenger side rite underneeth the bumper. my mate had this on his range rover. i think he said it turned out to be a problem with suspension. but on...

could low oil level be doing this, just noticed this morning that its jus below minimum, im off to buy a top up bottle now. also i had to put about a litre and half of water in. im going to watch this very closely and i will check for damp carpet.

oh and i have never serviced a deisel before only petrol. can someone tell me where the hell the glow plugs are on this thing. must be tucked away cos i cant see them. pic would be good. Thanx

eeerrrrrmmmm............well i got wedding in 4 weeks so work will have to wait and i just have to hope whatever it is it holds out till then. dont know when any of this stuff was last changed so im gonna check rad tomorrow see if some lil **** has sabbed it and go from there. cheers peeps.
