after a GOooOD cleaning..now it a different engine! same with Intercooler.

"cat bypass pipe,make it more driveable" dame right it does! about ,EGR if it hasn´t been clean forward than , no difference what so ever!

that's one of his mane echoes..lack o of power below 2000... suggestions: power box, de-CAT , better air filter. all of them help in this echo. manly because it a indirect inj. engine and it´s got a huge turbo lag.. if it´s to cold, maybe a heater may help. like the one for cold climates -...

in my old 300 i add some piping made from alu. to increase thermal transf. i was like to have a bigger inter cooler!! woh! that and the mod of deaching cat and egr.. i was getting turbo spool at about 1400 rpm, . later a hibrid it. :cool: a bigger turbine at 1.4 giving a massive 550grs extra...

going to bye one soon ;) and still going to eliminate EGR and CAT. :D both gives some extra torque at low rpm and even better more mph. the cold air is also a good investment , and for last, putting my wonderful "dwayne device" from 3 bar racing Hybrid Boost...

i´m going to try to make one EGr remover. after all it is just a piece of tube. about the CAT.. more two weeys and illlet you know . but aspect great improvent , special with the PSi Box :D

To reduce that amount of oil, you must clean the breather.".the mushroom thing". with a degreaser or just gas. to eliminate once and for all, make a bypass from the air intake ..and connect it with a hose to 1/4L water bottle, that you can put any where in the engine bay.. my old 300tdi as...

"i" think if it is block-vacuum-.and the light didn´t show up.. than taking it of is possible.helps in 300 tdi between 1700 and 2100rpm... de-cat helps a LOT to make turbo spool faster and at a lower rpm
