Done all i can now- the figging drivers door has locked me out aswell!!! so now i cant even get in the damn thing!! sledge hammer time!

Having the same problem myself. some kind gent has just informed me it can be unlocked by a company called callrova.com google it and read for yourself. Prices look pretty good too. :D
