Hello everybody :)

Which oil pressure sender do I need for a Series 2 diesel engine? I bought this sender, but unfortunately the thread is too small. Mine has a larger screw. Or do I need an adapter?

Thank you very much!

Thank you, but then I seem to have the right one.

In the eBay description the OEM Reference number is 90519864. Mine has the same number.

Where do I install the Switch? My Land Rover is missing the Switch.

Unfortunately, I haven't made any progress here yet.
Another question: Do our Land Rovers have a voltage regulator for the gauges? Mine doesn't have one.

Thats the question I have :D

I had to rewire almost the whole car, because nothing worked.

Today I had the engine running for the first time and I noticed that my water temp rised very quickly. Unfortunately the tank is full to the maximum so I cant check the gauge correctly.

Therefore I had the idea that I‘m missing a voltage regulator.
I had a Spitfire 1500 years ago and this car needed one

I do have this style gauge cluster from Jaeger

Voltage stabiliser only dulls the signal so the gauge doesn't fluctuate so much eg the fuel guage every time you go over a bump or round a corner.
If the signal is going to high and giving a false reading then probably the sender has been replaced with the wrong one

The voltage stabiliser for the smiths gauges provides a steady 10v, so if the gauges been wired without one and it needs it , think it will over read

Thats what I was thinking :D
Does this conversion also have the oil pressure switch attachment?
My 200tdi engine oil filter housing has oil switch , think these might fit input need to blank off the oil cooler ports or use one off the 2.5Na , I bought a tee piece to fit an oil pressure capilliary gauge
