Yes it’s 2013 sorry is it a big job to get a new filter just so I got an idea if I take it to a garage? Thank you
If you are ok with spanners it's a job you could do at home, if not a garage should be able to do it in about an hour, tools required are minimal, ratchet and 8mm/10mm socket, open end ring spanner10mm and Allen key or torx screwdriver7mm if i remember right.
1
make sure you only get a quality fuel filter such as the ones below.

link
You will also need a bleeding pump if you are doing the job yourself.
3
Remove the large metal shield for the fuel filter.
4
Once that's done you can undo the fuel lines, add some caps to the ends of the inlets and outlets on the filter,
5
undo the allen bolts, it's now ready to remove.
6
Pull out the old filter.
7
Put new filter back in screw it down, and then prime it.
8
you must not try and start the car until you have primed the diesel filter, use tool to prime the filter.
9
Then once primed remove tool re-fit the rest of the fuel lines, and start the car, no put back the metal shield, and engine cover job done.
