Also the engine type was wrong on becm settings? It was "early edc", tought that was weird since mine is -99. So switched that to late edc and after that i got it running...
Suppose you’d only need to strip the damaged parts but getting it match would be difficult. Sort of thing stranger wouldn’t notice but for you it would be constantly itching away.

My two 1998 GEMS have different exhaust system. Green on has the usual dual tail pipe. Blue one has single tail pipe & sounds throatier. The only real physical difference is the section after the centre silencer box. Both are as I bought them.
Depends on the battery and the retailer i think. Some sit on the shelf, some are back out the next day.

They never do, may have been sat in the stock room for some time. A 24 hour charge with a 4 amp smart charger is usually needed to bring the battery up to a fully charged state.
So I did have a leak in the actual line from the valve block to the rear right bag.
I bought some rather fetching bright yellow PA12 nylon airline from here and some plastic conduit and with a borrowed lift, ran new lines for the rear right bag...
