Also check out the clutch bracket. Mine had exactly the same problem, and was taking most of my strength to change gear sometimes. Changing the bracket sorted it permanently.

I've had landrover tell me on different occasions that the ES Premium and the HSE is the top spec for the freeby 1. Both were adamant it was the particular model they were talking about that was the best, so my question is, which is it really?

Is this a standard fit part? I've had my freebie for 11 years, and I've never seen it light up! But then, I didn't know there was a light in the glovebox until a few weeks ago...

I know it's orange, but is it a G4? Can't see the usual accessories... Nice easy fix for £500 though :)
