No but you just need to disconnect it from the pump, remove it from the clips across the top of the crossmember by the tank, then pull it through from underneath. The other end of it is by the body mount on the chassis. It's rigid enough to then push the new one back through towards the pump...

It's probably the green fuel pipe which rubs against the wiring loom for the pump. Known TD5 issue so that's where I'd look first. The replacement line is available on its own (YNI500030K), it's easy to replace and doesn't need the tank dropping like the LR instructions say.

A couple of the guys on D2BC have fitted that one - apparently just needs the connector on the cable changing for the one from the old fan.

From the water pump via the cylinder block into the oil cooler and then back into the cylinder block.

If by blocked you mean the hole doesn't exist on that port, then it's fine and you can leave it. The updated radiator design is supposed to be like that.

While you're at it you'll want the gaskets and O-rings for the two filter housings if they're not included in the oil cooler repair kit.

Yeah - a leak seeming to come from the top of the tank is probably the green pipe.

I think they're only available from LR - I needed that set of hoses last year and couldn't find them new anywhere else. I got mine from JLR Classic Parts. https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.com/parts/index/part/id/14.55788.56208.59954/brand/land-rover/

The two hoses that run along the chassis are only available together - LR do sell them, but they're not cheap especially the earlier one (to VIN3A828006) which is over double the price of the later one. The connectors are 7.89mm.

Correct, same bore size as the D3 etc so spigot rings and new wheel nuts needed to fit them to a D2.

They're all UCRs according to Trailwise - some of them might be overgrown and scratchy according to recentish comments.

No but Shropshire and Warks have some good lanes and they're only an hour or so away I'm in the Black Country now but used to live in Cambs and still do a lot of laning over that side of the country
