yes, was quite surprised at how much smoother it is. even compared the new "cheapy" pulley. for anyone needing to change, its worth spending the extra money for a genuine corteco one.

undone it with my electric impact gun. torqued it up as its supposed to - iirc its 100nm,60°,60°,30°. done using a 24inch breaker bar with a torgue angle meter.

have you tried the o ring on the high pressure pump regulator? might not sort it but could rule it out and its only £8, ive got one here to fit but havent got round to it. atb

I do believe it's a gearbox out job iirc. Personally I'd order up a clutch kit and changed the lot while the box is out. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me will tell you if it's is box out job for definite though. Atb
