    P38A EAS question

Keith I am not sure if my memory is right but didn't Kurt sell the NRV's? I bought a couple of sets a few years back but for the life of me I cannot remember from who and I cannot find the invoice/payment details

P38A Rust in the trunk - what is it?

Hi Keith yep, the green circled ones are for the prop as you say, mine was the same but I repaired it and bought a new part, I am a tad OCD with parts that are not there........ ;) Edit: BTR2942 - STOP-SPARE WHEEL STRUT

    P38A EAS again.

The early sensors have leads and are sided, the newer ones just have a socket and can be either LH or RH. Front and rear are obviously not interchangeable front to rear on both types

You could have had mine, have had them for years but never fitted them. I am looking at putting in some classic two tone snail type horns that sound like a macho car :)

P38A Water in the footwell - both sides

Make sure you seal the underside of the rivnuts with silicone, a major area of water ingress, mainly over the pollen filters. Put a dab on the new screws too, they sometimes split open, I replaced all of mine, I bought a big pack of black self tappers in Halfrauds

    As per the mesh insert

P38A Water in the footwell - both sides

I have mentioned many times that the plastic rivnuts for the self tappers (as per Keith) loose their foam seals and let copious amounts of water in. Just pop them out and dab silicone on the flange, when you put the screws back in give them a dab too, they sometimes crack due to the wrong screws...

P38A Starting prins vsi on lpg

On my old RRC it did start but very reluctantly, however, it was not a multi point. The LPG installer I used when I had it fitted in the P38 in 2010 did actually manage to start on LPG (very rough start until warm) but I have no idea how he did it, unfortunately they are not there anymore to ask!
