85-95% of 10p or 15p (facelift) work together!
Bits that don't!
Exterior: rear light cluster, headlights, bumper!!
Engine: complete change!
Look for both! If cheap enough ??š¤
It may be that some owners don't/didn't realise they may have 15p engine in their car! Your looking at 6 months window before the change to facelift?
On a positive note! There are 700 -/+ D2s still around! How many are in that window???
Why do...
Only the pedal braking will work this way but without power bleeding the modulator once it was empty of fluid will affect the correct function of all the active braking modes(ABS, TC, EBD, HDC) cos air will be trapped between the OV's circuits...
Damn it, I completely forgot about that sierrafery⦠@Badger688 you will need to do at least 1 power bleed with a nanocom as I was half correct on my response, apologies!
Itās plug and play mate, to bleed it you can just undo the banjoās to modulator and pump the brake pedal to get fluid out then tighten them up and bleed the rest of the brakes as normal then job done.
Or if you got a nanocom then use that for it...
Advise needed?
I'm not electrical? I'm nuts and bolts!
I have a nuts and bolts problem with my ABS Modulator! One of the banjo bolts has damaged the thread on the modulatorš
Which means I will have to purchase another modulator! That's not the...
Hopefully not teaching you to suck eggs here!
But the BCU/ECU will control the keys that are married up to the unit in the car!

Got a new battery in her now. Pumped the gas peddle a few times she started up but immediately stalled out with tons of white smoke from the exhaust. Iām thinking itās either the fuel pump or the CPS.
Hi, those codes seem to come from some generic scantool, anyway if it's 10P engine and automatic box the main problem is with the crank sensor or it's wiring/plug hence the EML warning and CAN fault code and the MAF fault is irrelevant unless you...
Can you take the insurance value and buy the wreck off them?
Then at least you can salvage what is worthwhile.
Are you sure the chassis is fecked? I can't help but think it'd take a heck of a lot of heat to do that.
whatever, best of luck...
Absolute Agony, hope you feel better soon, have to try and find some positives out of this at the end of the day it can be replaced you canāt.
There may be more salvageable parts other than just the front end. House insurance might cover other...
Hi all, wanted to share a recent upgrade to my D2. I bought a full exhaust kit from a shop in Massachusetts (TWS)⦠they had great support and offered custom built long tubes and a magna flow cat back system with an ECU tune to match. Would highly...
Could simply be a batt with enough power to turn it over but not enough to fire the injectors.
did it run until you disconnected the jump leads? or did it stall out while still connected?
Have you stuck a diagnostic on it?
Welcome to the...
I had a problem with my pedals! Water had come in and screwed the main pedal shaft! So the actuator was not engaging with the cruise control or the brake light! Because of the rust around the shaft (see pic š®)
After changing! No more problems ...
Just start at one end of the vehicle undoing anything going from the body to chassis. Take your time and you will be fine.
You have pretty much done the rear end before.
You will need someone to degas the air-conditioning, it's illegal to vent...
