My Foxwell does but the wire isn't long enough to reach you :) Measure the hub centre to wheel arch on the side you haven't touched then jack the side up that you have. Take the wheel off and use another jack to get the hub at the right height...

I second the left hand drill bits. I keep a decent stockpile of them for exactly this reason. If you get brass guides as well that can save the holes and threads of the block as they can help keep the drill centred. I'm lucky enough to have...
