Mine is called Henrietta. I asked my last GF who's French for a name, she said, "Nora Batty, because although she is old, she still excites passion in an old [33!] Man"

So I named her after Henry V! Agincourt! Once more unto the breach, dear friends..
 
dont know how its spelt but here is my idea of how it sounds (youyou) this in the name my son gave it when he was learning to talk....
 
mine was called either beccy coz of the reg or its secret name was fagin coz if yer got the wrong gear it would shake all loose change out of yer pockets ( made a small fortune doing that on me mates lol ):D:D:D:D
 
Mines not a series but I called him Garrus (which won't mean anything unless you play Mass Effect)

This was largely because I found myself saying to people's requests "can it wait for a bit? I'm in the middle of some calibrations" when under the bonnet so often! As seen here: Garrus Calibrations - YouTube
 
the series i got at the moment is called hitler due to the ammount of smoke and fumes it produces

its gassed the neighbours out several times in the last few days :eek::eek::eek:
 
Lucy 4 (or Lucifer) 'cos it's my fourth landrover and my kids christened the first one "Lucy the land Rover".
 
Our Series 3 is Horace, and my wife's 90 is Digby. Don't ask me why, she always picks the names.
 
mines called wayne, cos when i took the steering wheel centre boss off it had "****er wayne" scratched into the underside of it.
suppose i could have called it "****er"...
 
My old 300tdi was "the land rover", my TD5 is "Silver" but only because I'm on LZ and I get called "silver" or "SL".

When something goes wrong she's called "for****ssake!" :D
 
My series three is called Jack, named by the wife as in Army speak someone who is Jack is selfish as in you jack bas**d, as she said the Land Rover was Jack as when I first got it it took all of my spare time

Which is better than what I call the wife's car.. Morph, short for Morphy Richards 'cos its a Prius and looks like a grey iron.
 
My series 3 is called Joe, as in old smokey joe for obvious reasons if you ever saw it start from cold with the old engine.

My New 110 is called Jupiter as my friends seem to think it is the fire engine from fireman sam.
