how funny it was that the group you stoped was us!
still cant believe that you actually managed to find us when i didnt even post a time that we would be there...lol

will give you a shout next time we go... but it's not worth going for now until we have some rain, most of the big puddles of about 4 weeks ago are completly gone, only the nine mile river crossings are there and that's it... the rest of the drive is pretty hard and bouncy...
 
hehe, didnt realise that i had actually post a time!
and we actually met first in the garage where they have all the defender for sale..

there's also a big play area, which is quite good even if its dry, its right at the top of the training grounds, near MArket Lavington...

We did that first place, that bit behind where you are is where I picked the frog up and got the engine bay cacked in mud.

I don't think we went near where the other pics are.
 
watch out for blocking your radiator up with mud when doing those sections when they are fairly dry. Several of us have had overheating problems due to the mud clogging up the rad.
 
yeh, thanks for the heads up ratty, I do always keep an eye on the temp..just in case.
and carry a 25L water tank with me :)
