Right, I'm *STILL* at war with ACE, and starting to lose the will to live

I have a design development engineering block
Pump works. plenty of fluid activity.
New 3/8" hydraulic hoses to the front, original hard lines to the back
Filter is clean (though does seem to catch metal filings from somewhere)
Fluid is fresh.

The problem I have seems to be that ACE works nicely through corners, then goes crackers afterwards and rocks the car from side to side.

Which looks like this 22 April 2022 - YouTube

Codes:
DTC 18
Closed loop pressure not under control.

DTC 21
Pressure signal stuck at a value

DTC 44
Battery voltage has been below a low limit (battery needs replacement, but works in the warm)

Live data from hawkeye:

Ignition switch: ON
Reverse Switch IP: Not reverse
Main Relay: ON
Warning lamp: OFF
Engine speed: 720 RPM
Road speed: 0 mph
Upper Lateral Acc: -0.01G
Lower Lateral Acc: -0.04G
Direct.Ctl.Valve1: 0.01 Amps
Direct.Ctl.Valve2: 0.00 Amps
Battery Voltage: 13.81V
Press.Cntrl.Valve: 0.16 Amps
Pressure Sensor: 16.70 bar
Residual Pressure: 6.40 bar
System Pressure 6.02 bar

Hawkeye system test:
DIRECTION VALVE 1: 1020ms ON time
DIRECTION VALVE 1: 40ms OFF time
DIRECTION VALVE 1: 1020ms SYSTEM time

DIRECTION VALVE 2: 1020ms ON time
DIRECTION VALVE 2: 44ms OFF time
DIRECTION VALVE 2: 1020ms SYSTEM time

PRESSURE VALVE: 1020ms ON time
PRESSURE VALVE: 1020ms SYSTEM time

So, any ideas what's going on? Ta!

I have had the solenoid drivers fail in my original ECU so try that first.

Check cabling to block as well.

Are pipes definitely correct way round?

Have tested a different ECU with the same results.

I'm 99% sure the pipes are correct. Only possible question is the feed and return from pump. But I'm pretty sure that's correct too.

Yes, the only relevant live data for this would be while it's doing the trick otherwise the data is OK, seems like an intermittent bad contact somewhere
