Hello....I'm in Ayr and currently drive an 04 Mondy tdci, my only experience with 4x4s was a Mitsi pajero about 3 yrs ago, but felt more like a biggish car to me. I was told that landys were nothing that, and that not to expect driving comfort especially on a run like the car.

If I got one (was thinking about a early to mid 90s 110 def) would it be that diffirent to what I'm used to or not really.

....I'll take that as yes it's totaly diffirent to what I'm used to

They are lovely, give you a nice massarge, can't brake the speed limit and enough room in the back for the tools and spares needed for a journey.

Dont like the sound of that, that's what my AA card's for

Now your sure you want a fender, get one and you will love it more than the wife lol. Even thou there are so many faults, they are money pits but it isn't just a car.

My dad runs a mondy tdci and a 300tdi discovery apart from them both having 4 wheels and use the same fuel they are like chalk and cheese

I think you need to drive a fender first to experience the err... rawness
