These are driving lamps, we dont get a lot of fog round these parts. Tyres are truly fked, rears are like new though, so , if anyone has a set of XZL's on wolfies that they wish to part with Im all ears, even a couple of XZL's on their own.
 
I think they look good as they left the factory, nothing worse than a land rover thats had every accessory going slapped on it!

If you leave the covers on then you might as well not bother wiring them up! Wire them onto the main beam circuit (appropriately with relays!) and then they will be used all the time. All of my additional lights come one with main beam but then also have a three way switch to either have them off or on independently.

@nobber although it will make the front look more imposing, and possible even busier I would highly recommend fitting a grill across the front of the bullbar to protect the large round spot. I'm sure you could do it properly with some fancy brackets but mine is just held in place with some heavy cable ties. The reason I recommend this, even if you don't go offload, is because I smashed one of my hella's when a suicidal pheasant flew out of the hedge, it was after this I fitted it, now the pheasants get sliced into small pieces first which no longer break the lights!
