As per my other thread I am changing the rear suspension bushes.
I have ordered rear bush kit DA1248G (1986-2009) and rear bolt kit DA7208 (2000-2016).
My model year is 2002.
While the bush kit matches what is on there the upper A-frame bush bolts don't seem to match. The new bolts are a fair bit smaller than what is on there. What's gone wrong?
I don't seem to have ordered the wrong parts going by the description.

I’m guessing your supplier has their part number or compatible years wrong. Can you check the part number on Lrcat ?

Seems like it should be BH612321 which is 3/4 × 4
What has been supplied seems to be RYG501550 which is M16 x 100mm (2007 onwards)
What a nuisance.
I presume the bushes must also have changed from that date onwards.

Yes, they hung on to imperial sizes for some of these well into the 2000s. Mine's 2006 and still has the imperial sized bolts. Similarly, the bolts that hold the radius/trailing arms onto the back axle will probably still be imperial ones. So it's worth checking someone hasn't fobbed you off with a metric equivalent before doing anything drastic like cutting the heads off the old ones with a grinder.

Spoke to the supply and the bolt kits are listed wrong, think 2009 is change over date.
Anyway they are sending replacement parts without a problem. Apparently they come in a pack of five(?) so may well get five nuts and bolts. Probably been cheaper if they just sent the correct bolt kit.

In the end the supplier sent 5 correct bolts and 10 correct nuts!
Hopefully I will never need to use them.
