Yes definately about how to tow safely. However the argument between me (and a few others) and Rog (and a few others) is around the advice given in the HHO towing clinic and other threads.

Yes it would then be legal, but why would you???
This is one of the big Ifor horse trailers, the smaller ones have 88Kg noseweight (without a horses jumping around in the back) this one is heavier.
