the old 110 has got some rot in the foot well (passenger side). Its on the bottom of the bulk head. Is this the dreaded big strip down job or has any one out there managed weld a new pannel in situe (from the wheel arch side?)? Any thoughts out there?

i think Paddocks do a replacement floor section.

yup, get the replacement panel, but cut the front lip off, remove the wing and fit it with the bulkead in situ
