After living near Plymouth for a couple of weeks recently, I have to agree that it is a wasteland

You must need your head examined. Overcrowded, expensive, lagged with emmets in the summer, not much work and foul weather!
Any particular part of this fair land you were thinking of moving to?
Take it that is land rover clubs, not sure what sort of thing you are after. Could try CLCC, not land rover specific, though.
 
I like the idea of a Devon and Cornwall section, it's a big old area, and everyone knows the north starts at Taunton!
