remove over drive and refit original transfer box input gear and then fit 3.54 diffs or just rear to try,overdrive knackered
 
no i was been serious ,you tell me where to get parts for overdrive,drive from gear box into overdrive then thru t/box if you loose drive and works in either hi or low overdrive its the overdrive thats faulty,if you had said ive lost drive i might have suggested half shaft
