I'm thinking of switching from my current 16x5.5 alloys to some Wolf wheels for my td5 90 - are they okay on a 90, what with the extra weight and all?

the wolfs are a very heavy wheel, but as strong as fook! will make no differance to your 90 as it is unsprung weight

Apologies - mean't the wheels are heavier, possibly putting more stress on steering components etc.

the main reason for the weight differance is in the thickness of the steel used in the construction, your alloys are rated to withstand 1500kg per wheel - the wolfs 8000kg per wheel, meaning that if you end up with the weight of the vehicle on one wheel the wolf will not collapse (have done it with my 110!!!)

stick em on the steering componants are designed to run with massive loads on them from offroading etc
